Booked a stove service. The man who came to service the stove was very nice and friendly. However, I had a follow up issue and the lady in the office who I dealt with was extremely rude and aggressive with me (to the extent of shouting over me). I have never been spoken to in that way as a customer before anywhere else. Will not use again.
